Construction work at Jolimont Centre

Transborder wish to advise their passengers that due to ongoing Construction work at the **Jolimont Centre**, that the services listed below will be relocated to the following locations from the dates shown.

Transborder leading the move for WYD2008 Pilgrims

Transborder has been awarded the responsibility of lead operator & co-ordinator for the transportation of 10,000 World Youth Day 2008 (WYD2008) Pilgrims in the Canberra region. WYD2008 is the largest Christian youth event in the world and will be held in Sydney from 15-20 July 2008.

Transborder will be moving Pilgrims, including over 1000 international youth visitors from The Netherlands to Sydney over a 40 hour period.

Over 400,000 Pilgrims will be attending the event in Sydney coordinating with the occasion of the first visit of His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI to Australia.

Winter Alpine Express

The Winter Alpine Express service now operates daily from May until October.

The final Winter return daily service from Canberra to Thredbo will operate on Wednesday 31st October 2007.

The service will resume on May 1st 2008 for the '08 Snow Season.
