Cancellation Policy

Lever Snow Packages:

7 days prior to departure - Full refund

4-6 days prior to departure - 10% fee

1-3 days prior to departure - 50% fee

Less than 24 hours prior to departure - No refund.

All refunds need to be administered through the Transborder office.

Failure to travel - No refund. However, the ticket can be transferred to another travel date.

Over 24 hours notice - 85% refund

Less than 24 hours notice – 50% refund

A change in travel date will incur a $5.00 transfer fee per booking.

All Discounted Fares are non-refundable.

Open tickets are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Refunds are to be obtained from the place of purchase.
